The Company:
Our client is a worldwide manufacturer and supplier of product inspection equipment used in numerous industries.

Main duties:
To be responsible for running the sales, service and administration activity within France.

The Role:
- Be responsible for the leadership and development of employees which includes the onboarding process
- Measure and evaluate individual performances
- Achieve sales and service targets within the sales region
- To grow the company’s revenue and profitability year on year
- Be responsible for building lasting relationships with major clients ensuring brand satisfaction is maintained as well as understanding their needs and requirements
- Work together with internal departments ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Using the 80/20 principals to develop a country specific business plan
- Ensure the sales and service team are working at optimal level
- To be responsible for the day to day office and facility management

The Candidate:
- Fluent French (Written & spoken) essential
- Good level of English
- Background in Sales and achieving targets necessary
- Experience in leading a Team required
- Industry experience beneficial
- Able to travel to meet potential and existing clients
- Technically minded
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Dynamic, ambitious and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative
