SalaryWe are currently looking for a French speaking EA for a Executive Search firm based in Central London. This will be a hybrid role paying 45k plus a bonus of up to 20% and weekly lunch. Speaking fluent French and a minimum of 5 years EA experience is a must.
The role
- Physical and telephone reception: clients, candidates, daily service providers
- Organizing daily life in the London office: supplies, meal orders, etc
- Preparation of contracts and marketing documents
- Data entry for missions and daily tracking of research progress
- Tracking candidate files
