We are seeking a dynamic and proactive French-speaking IT Technical Support Analyst to provide top-notch support and ensure our IT systems run smoothly across multiple European sites. Responsibilities:
- Primary IT Contact: Act as the main point of contact for IT-related issues.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and enhance IT systems across global sites, including computers, printers, and servers.
- Onsite Support: Provide onsite IT support to local users and collaborate with the wider IT team.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Quality policies.
- Training: Attend relevant training courses, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Manual Handling.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach.

- Reporting: Report any accidents or near misses immediately to the line manager.
