Key Success Criteria
- Delivery of fleet performance which meets business targets
- Development and delivery of robust improvement programmes for the fleet
- Development of robust, safe and efficient maintenance regimes which deliver value for money, performance and service quality targets
- Ensure delivery of change complies with relevant legislation, standards and processes
We will require a good understanding of GTR or similar rolling stock. A minimum of 3 years working on traction and rolling stock and excellent interpersonal skills with an innate ability to build constructive relationships with people at all levels and from all relevant departments and organisations.
