French Speaking Ea To Partner – Private Equity

We have a superb brand new role as PA supporting the  Healthcare team of 6  in a global Private firm based in stunning offices in St James, nearest tubes Picadilly or Green Park. 

The role will be to provide high-level admin and PA support to the team, including the Financial Partner, Principal and approx. 4 Associates. We are looking to find a "go-getting" PA who can support a busy team and is happy to take on various duties where no job is too big or small! 

You must be a hands-on PA with a great attitude hungry to do a fantastic job and make the role their own. You must be a true team player, have a positive can-do attitude, and be super organised and able to work in a busy role. 

You will have around five years of PA experience supporting at the senior management level.

Duties will include extensive diary management, booking complex and ever-changing global travel across different timezones, processing expenses, Inbox management, preparing reports, creating presentations on PowerPoint,  and team admin, including printing and binding.
