Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for an experienced French-speaking Legal Secretary to join their team in Central London. You will provide a wide range of comprehensive legal administrative support to a team of lawyers in the French side of the business (around 12 people). You will join a dynamic, international and people-oriented team, working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office in Central London, 2 days WFH).
Your responsibilities will include:
* Opening files and new matters.
* Liaising with clients by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
* Drafting documents, billing clients and internal compliance.
* General administrative support for the team.
About you:
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a solid secretarial experience (in a legal environment ideally). You do not need to be legally qualified. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player who will facilitate team efficiency.
Profile:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
* Solid experience as a Secretary, Team Secretary, Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant or similar role.
* Excellent administration and organisational skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
* A team player with great communication.
