Main duties:
To be responsible for the onboarding of field-based contractors.

The Role:
- To be responsible for the onboarding of contractors
- To carry out virtual training sessions and provide guidance where required
- To grow the portfolio of contractors based in France
- To distribute work based on availability and location of contractors
- To conduct final checks and approve work for submission
- To identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions where necessary

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French to business level (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in Recruitment, HR or Team Management - Essential
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate
The Salary: up to £40,000 p.a. Depending on Experience
