My client based in Didcot is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team, you will be the main contact point for all customers to deal with all incoming queries.
Your key duties will include;
Providing help and advice to customers using your knowledge of the organisations products and services; communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
Record customers immediate problems and report to the office manager
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Answer incoming phone calls and ensure that phones in the whole admin section are answered within 3 rings
Maximise any sales opportunity
Generate customer feedback reports
