IN2 Consult is currently supporting a multi-billion pound turnover business in their recruitment of a French Speaking GA Accountant to join their ever-growing finance team.

This French Speaking GA Accountant role includes the following duties:
- Handling journal preparation and uploads, report generation, and aiding the EMEAI Finance team as needed.
- Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of balance components to guarantee accurate postings.
- Achieving a two-day close window and offering assistance to the business and finance network.
- Addressing inquiries from both the business and finance network promptly.
- Guaranteeing completeness and precision in balance sheet reconciliations, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines.
- Collaborating with the finance network and business entities to rectify any mispostings. Continuously enhancing and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparing intercompany cross charges as per SW policy guidelines.
- Supporting internal audits and implementing any suggested audit recommendations. Collaborating with external auditors, addressing audit queries, and fulfilling information requests.
- Assisting the External Reporting and Enterprise Reporting & Control teams in ensuring timely completion of audit requests via the online portal.
The ideal candidate for this French Speaking GA Accountant role will have the following experience:
- Fluent in French & English
- AAT/CIMA/ACA/CIMA Studier
- Experience within Accounting
- Experience in month end close
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
