French speaking Tax General Ledger Accountant Marseille

Language Matters has a new opportunity for a French speaking Tax General Ledger Accountant / Comptable Général Fiscalité to join an international organisation in South of France. The Tax Accounting team oversees accounting transactions related to taxes, declaration forms sent to tax authorities and internal reports and documentation. This is a permanent position based in Marseille, South of France.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being in charge of accounting transactions related to taxes, declaration forms sent to tax authorities and internal documentation.
• Preparing the tax forms and submitting them to the Tax department with all the supporting documentation.
• Preparing declarations such as VAT, CFE, CVAE, DES, C3S, property tax, etc

About you:

If you hold a Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting, speak native French and have minimum 5 years of tax accounting experience, this is the role for you!
Profile:

• Native level of French and fluent English
• Minimum 5 years of tax accounting experience
• Master's degree in accounting/finance
• Advanced analytical and technical accounting skills
• High attention to detail
• IT proficient with good knowledge of Excel
