The Company:
Our client is a long-standing destination management company with global links.

Main duties:
To manage enquiries and organise international clients’ travel requests from start to finish.

The Role:
- To manage and respond to travel requests in a timely manner
- To provide information regarding tour availability and prices
- To organise tour itineraries and make bookings on behalf of clients
- To negotiate suppliers’ contracts with regards to accommodation, transport and activities
- To provide excellent customer service and emergency support where needed
- To liaise with the finance department regarding invoices
- To carry out administrative tasks accordingly

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French to business level (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in Travel Operations or in Destination Management - Essential
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situation
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate

The Salary: Up to £32,000 p.a. Depending on Experience
