Are you an experienced Front-end developer with a passion for crafting enticing and intuitive web applications?
We're seeking a Front-end Developer with experience in React.js and Next.js to join the team at one of Europe's leading holiday providers. As a member of the front-end team, you'll architect the dynamic look and feel of our web application, ensuring it's eye-catching enough to attract users and guide them from first click to checkout. You'll also be responsible for adding new exciting features along the way.
You will have a lot of autonomy in this role and be able to add your own ideas and flair to the business, free from the 'red tape' of larger organisations.
This will be a hybrid role with 1 day a month in the office which is based in Cheshire.

What you'll be doing:
- Enhance our existing web application to elevate the customer journey, attract more users, and boost conversion rates.
- Develop and implement new features that will make our platform the go-to provider.
- Collaborate with a creative team to design cutting-edge web and mobile applications from the ground up.
- Utilise your expertise in React.js and Next.js to build visually stunning front-end applications.
- Collaborate closely with a team of UI/UX designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Mentor and train younger developers.
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js and Next.js
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of GraphQL.
- Experience with unit testing.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Exposure to AWS technology and DevOps processes.
