What you’ll get involved in:
- Design and build scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using React and React-Native
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with UX designers, back-End Developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and methodologies
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices
- Work in an Agile environment and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Extensive experience building web and mobile applications using React and React-Native
- Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Problem solving ability – experience in a small, dynamic start-up environment
- Intellectual horsepower – quickly understand technical nuances, key issues and anticipate problems
- Resilience – pragmatic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Transparent and resourceful – communicate openly with a view to delivering results
- Entrepreneurial, driven, problem solver and the ability to challenge the status-quo constructively.
Who are we?
For more than 15 years, IP Cortex (IPC) has been creating innovative and compelling telephony technology for a range of industry verticals. IPC has grown organically during this period and has major aspirations to accelerate this growth through offering leading edge VoIP / cloud telephony and UCaaS solutions that are easy to use, functionally rich and scalable.

Our Process:
Step 1: Is there a fit? You’ll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is you’re looking for from your career
Step 2: Technical Discussion – We’ll give you a short task to complete ahead of time, for you to talk through in detail with members of our technical team. We’ll follow this up with a Predictive Index assessment.
Step 3: Meet with the team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for IP Cortex. You’ll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about.
Step 4 : If it looks like a good fit from both sides, we’ll be looking to make you an offer!
