Front Of House Administrator

Working as Front of House for this well known professional services organisation in Cambridge you will:
• Greet and attend to visitors according to agreed procedure and providing refreshments as required
• Ensure that reception, the foyer, meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and well presented
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared for the start of a meeting and cleared afterwards
• Plan ahead, to check calendars and be aware of expected visitors and meetings and make preparations accordingly
• Prepare for larger meetings – catering, equipment and layout requirements
• Assist with the incoming and outgoing post
And assist with various "senior administrative" tasks.
Experience within a professional service organisation is essential!
