Working for this lovely Cambridge based chartered accountants you will:
• Ensure that reception, the foyer, meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and well presented to meet / greet visitors.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared for the start of a meeting and cleared afterwards.
• Plan ahead, to check calendars and be aware of expected visitors and meetings and make preparations accordingly.
• Prepare for larger meetings – catering, equipment and layout requirements.
• Assist with the incoming and outgoing post.
Events and Administration:
• Organising events including seminars, hospitality and networking events.
• Setting up new clients and contacts, updates and processing lost clients on the database.
• Drafting routine and format correspondence as directed and other administrative duties as required.
• Ordering stationery and office supplies.
• Assisting with local facilities queries and visiting contractors.
Person Specification:
• Minimum of three GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics.
• Front of House / Reception experience with excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Organised and able to provide high quality work in accordance with Co standards.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook.
