Workplace Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Maintain Reception presence and cover entrance doors at all times.
- Manage meeting room bookings and catering requests.
- Ensure highest standards of quality, service, and presentation.
- Assist with meeting room preparation, including setup and stocking.
- Handle phone calls promptly and professionally, recording messages accurately.
- Coordinate office and catering supplies.
- Log building faults/issues and perform regular floor walks.
- Quality check paperwork for compliance and audit satisfaction.
- Ensure all signage and artwork is on-brand.
- Program door access fobs for new joiners, visitors, and contractors.
- Support Workplace on wider project management and ad hoc tasks.
