The Wayford Bridge Inn is well known for its exceptional service and comfortable rooms. Nestled in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Front-of-House Team Member to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is accustomed to the dynamics of a busy pub or restaurant environment.
Min 40 hours per week - Full Time Contract - Permanent or seasonal applicants considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage table reservations and efficiently handle guest seating.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the front-of-house area.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a busy pub or restaurant setting.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Right to work in the UK
