Front of House Manager, London up to 40k, Monday to Friday - Immediate Start
We currently have a fantastic and unique opportunity for experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Front of House Manager to join this great catering team based in London.
Catering up to 3500 daily, the catering department services a busy staff restaurant, retail shop, coffee bar and vending as well as hospitality, functions and private dining.
As the Front of House Manager, you will be
Reporting in to the Catering Manager
Responsible for a team of approx. 12 including 2 supervisors
Overseeing all of the Front of House service including hospitality
Manage customer queries and requests ensuring these are filtered to the kitchen when required
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. There may be very occasional weekends (paid at double time)
Due to the nature of this site, all shortlisted candidates will have to undergo basic security check. The successful candidate will need to undergo an in depth security check prior to starting the position.
To be considered as a candidate, you will
be a Front of House Manager/Supervisor or F&B Manager with a proven career history
have strong experience within hospitality & catering ideally within B&I or contract catering
have managed a team of 10+ staff
be attentive to detail and presentation
have excellent communication and organisational skills
be enthusiastic and dynamic with a flexible and positive, can do attitude
