Front Of House Manager

Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Manager to join our busy team based at Picton Barracks As a Front of House Manager you will be will be responsible for managing all day to day activities in the mess and the management and roster of a large team encompassing unit managers, Mess Centre Managers, Bar staff and Dining room Staff.This is a very busy site with a TRI-Mess managing around 60 covers per meal per day so organisation and communication will be key to success.You will ensure that all aspects of the Health and Safety Act, Food Safety Act and COSHH regulations are adhered so an IOSH qualification or equivalent would be advantageous but not essential as Sodexo prides itself on staff development.You will step up and cover the role of Mess Manager when needed so this would be a great opportunity for someone looking for career development to prepare them for a step up to Mess Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a busy hospitality or catering environment.  For full details please see the job description  Package Description £29,035 per annum  Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
