Front Of House Officer - 33 Margaret St

Ward Security is on the lookout for a Front of House Security Officer, who will work at our client’s premises at 33 Margaret St. located at the heart of London’s famous West End.

The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.

Position: FOH Security Officer

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: 3 days (0700 to 1900) - 3 nights (1900 to 0700) - 3 Off

Location:33 Margaret St London W1G 0JD

Must have:

· Valid SIA licence

· Experience within a Cooperate Security (min 1year)

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.

· Surveillance skills and detail orientation

· IT literate- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

Duties:

· Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal are adhered to

· Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager

· Always conduct yourself in a professional manner

· Provide regular foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client’s property and assets.

· Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors.

· Respond to emergencies

· Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required

· Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management

· Carry out ID checks

· Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks

· Work effectively as part of a team or can work on own initiative

· A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
