Front of House / Receptionist

Working hours: 8:30 - 17:00
Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all enquiries to desk, by phone, email or face to face in a prompt manner
- General administration duties
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Managing the signing in system
- Sending out invitations to the office and logging in visitors, visiting staff, and contractors
- General housekeeping of communal areas
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
- Will be assisting with company Socials, so proficiency in programmes such as Canva is beneficial
