A finance firm based in the West End is seeking a confident and bright FOH / Receptionist to join their team. They offer great development opportunities and excellent benefits and would like someone who is comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels.
Role: Front of House / Receptionist
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, 5 days in the office
Location: West End
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, welcoming clients and guests
- Responsible for meeting rooms and maintaining the reception area
- Coordinate with all service providers
- Assist with ad hoc tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm and approachable
- Ability to build lasting relationships
- Proactive with meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptable, curious and eager to learn
