Front of House/ Receptionist
Our client a national company with a modern working environment and that has a strong reputation in their industry and where many people have worked for them for a number of years are currently looking to recruit a Front of House/ Receptionist to join their friendly team. This is full-time office-based position with the hours of 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be providing excellent customer service to visitors and providing administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and friendly company that offers an excellent range of benefits including 26 days holiday + BH and that has free onsite parking.
Role: Front of House/ Receptionist Where: Hedge End Salary: c 22-23,000pa
Responsibilities will include:
- Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls.
Take and pass on accurate messages.
Courteously greet and interact with visitors to the premises.
Deal with any other reception or switchboard duties as required.
Manage room and hospitality booking. - Setting up of meeting rooms.
Arranging hospitality and catering.
Supervising and assisting at events.
Diary management and planning.
Managing the ordering and stock control of consumable provisions. - Maintain awareness of day-to-day health and safety requirements.
You will need:
Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a position that's customer facing and site-based.
To be well presented and professional in your approach.
A strong desire to deliver an excellent level of customer service.
Good attention to detail and an organised approach to your work.
To be IT literate.
