SalaryA Front Of House Receptionist/Administrator is needed in Nantgarw (Near Cardiff).
Monday - Friday - 10:30am - 14:30pm (20 hours per week).
The pay rate is £13.22 per hour.
The job contract is for 3 months with a possibility to be offered a permanent position.
A standard DBS certificate/check is needed for this position.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answering the phone
- Send and Receive emails
- Post duties
- Sign people in and out
- Issue passes
- Help organise functions
- Setting up rooms for meetings
- Assist the FM manager with day to day running of the front desk.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
