Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, personable, and professional Front of House/Social Media Co-ordinator to work for a training provider within their busy training centre.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors, handling inbound phone calls from students and employers, completing check in calls with students, posting Social Media content and you ensuring the Front of House area is always kept clean and tidy. You will support with replenishing stock as needed and help students to complete contractual paperwork prior to inputting this on to the company database.
You will have excellent customer service skills; you will be initiative-taking in identifying what needs doing to ensure the centre runs smoothly throughout the academic day. You will be skilled in creating Social Media content which will promote the training centre to prospective students and employers.
