SalaryDE NADAS, London’s first ‘empanadería’ specialising in Argentinian hand-shaped empanadas, is hiring a Team Member to work across its shops in London (Shoreditch, Notting Hill and third site planned for late Summer).

The role would be for 30-45 hours per week, with weekends included where required.
Role & Responsibilities
· Baking / heating empanadas and making salad and coffees (training can be provided)
· Operating the till and serving food and drink, including wine
· Assisting with the management of food storage and packaging
· Managing catering and Deliveroo orders, ensuring they ready in time and packed correctly
· Cleaning of the preparation, serving and all customer areas
Required Skills & Experience
· Adaptability to work across 2-3 different shops in London (within zone 1 &2)
· Minimum 1 year experience working in hospitality. ‘Grab & go’ / baking environments like Pret, Gail's or a pizza business would be an advantage
· Adept at working in a team and supporting colleagues
· Punctual, reliable, organised with a friendly demeanour
· Good level of English (spoken)
· Right to work in the UK
Salary & Benefits
· Between £12.50 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience
· Quarterly bonus (based on sales and personal performance), plus share of 4% of profits for going over set target
