Position Overview:
As an Administrator in the Sales Department, yourrole will be vital in supporting the smooth operation of their services. Frommanaging documentation and coordinating appointments to assisting sellers andpurchasers with their home moving journey, you will contribute to alwaysmaintaining their high service standards.

Responsibilities:
?Coordinate andschedule property viewings and appointments for the team.
?Book valuations andgather detailed background information on clients' situations.
?Prepare and processsales documentation and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
?Conduct viewingsfollowing company procedures.
?Effectively onboardnew clients.
?Collaborate with ourLettings and Property Management Departments to build relationships withinvestor sellers and buyers.
?Assist purchaserswith enquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
?Maintain accurateand up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
?Organise and manageelectronic and physical files for easy access.
?Monitor social mediaplatforms and assist with creating content for each.
?Support thedepartment with general administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, andcorrespondence.
Requirements:
?Experience in aproperty environment and familiarity with associated procedures and legislationis advantageous but not mandatory, as they will provide full training.
?At least two years’ experiencein an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing office environment.
?Excellentorganisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritiseeffectively.
?Strong attention todetail for accurate document preparation and data entry.
?Exceptional verbaland written communication skills, maintaining a professional and friendlyapproach.
?Proficiency in MSOffice (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
?A solid knowledgeand understanding of social media platforms (including TikTok) and confidencein creating videos is essential.
?Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
?A proactive andadaptable mindset to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
?Full UK drivinglicence and access to a car.
?Ability to thrive ina fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Full time- Monday toFriday: 8:45am to 5.30pm - One Saturdayin four: 9.30am to 12.00pm
Part time – Would consider5 mornings per week or 3-4 full days per week (one Saturday in four 9.30-12.00)
Other Information:
Salary: £24,500
