Due to continued growth and investment Activate OnDemand is now looking to strengthen its development team. An exciting opportunity to get involved in developing a Fintech SaaS platform currently used by brands such as Tesco, EE, Sky, FitBit and Amazon. Contract and permanent opportunities available.
Must haves (technical):
Strong experience in PHP and Laravel
Strong experience in JS and VueJS, or other similar modern JavaScript frameworks
Experience building robust frontend experiences (Tailwind CSS a plus)
Experience working with REST API’s, code packages, deployment tools
Experience with unit and integration testing
Must haves (non-technical):
Fluency in English language
Ability to self-manage and organise in remote work environments
Attention to detail
Interest in and willingness to learn new technologies, refine your skill set, and keep your skills sharp in an ever-evolving tech landscape
Nice-to-haves:
Proficient in unit and integration testing and TDD
Experience with Tailwind CSS
Familiarity with web standards and accessibility
Working knowledge of graphic design, typography, and user experience principles
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
