Full Stack Developer

Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who embodies resilience, intellectual brilliance, and an unwavering commitment to innovation. This full-time, hybrid role is not just a job, it's a mission to shape the future of treasury management. You will be instrumental in developing and refining both front-end and back-end aspects of our software solutions. Your role will involve intricate design work, complex problem-solving, and collaborative efforts to forge high-caliber solutions that set industry standards. The position requires your presence in our London office for 1-2 days each week, blending teamwork with the autonomy of remote work.

Qualifications

• Profound knowledge in Full-Stack Development, with a focus on Back-End and Front-End technologies.
• Demonstrable experience in Software Development, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and responsive design principles.
• Expertise in modern web frameworks like React, Django, Angular, or Vue.js.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Project management skills, with familiarity with tools like Asana.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google EDW.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of effective teamwork.

Specialized Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python and its libraries.
• A keen interest and capability in utilizing and configuring Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong experience with API connectivity.
• A solid grasp of machine learning principles and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
• For the solutions site, expertise in setting up multi-tenancy databases on Azure, or individual client databases with robust authentication mechanisms.

We offer a salary range of £25,000 to £32,000 per year, with the potential for bonuses contingent on the company's performance. We welcome both new graduates and seasoned professionals who are eager to drive innovation and contribute to a burgeoning startup.
