Following a recent $20m Series A funding round, we're poised for exponential growth, having recently launched our refreshed AI-fuelled SaaS platform in 2024.
As our next Full Stack Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering department, acting as an experienced developer supporting the team. You’ll join our full-stack applications division, working in Vue.js and Laravel to help us deliver on our ambitious roadmap.

We are looking for someone who likes to balance autonomy and teamwork. You should be interested in helping us drive our company forward and be a key player in our growth journey.
You'll already have a deep understanding of web technologies and SaaS, and be as comfortable building API endpoints as you are creating frontend components. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and DevOps, to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.
Overview:
Salary - In the region of £45,000 - £55,000, depending on your technical experience and abilities
Location - Fully-remote, home based in the UK
Type - Full-time, 40 (flexible) hours, Permanent
Reports to - Lead Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of our SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks, such as PHP and Laravel, and JavaScript and Vue.
- Write automated tests as standard, and understand how to write good unit, integration and E2E tests.
- Implement and improve user interfaces, focusing on usability, accessibility, and responsive design to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement API integrations, data models, and database structures to support functional requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain platform documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of platform best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and actively seeking opportunities to improve code quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, sharing insights with the team to drive technical innovation.
Our ideal successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years experience working in a front-end or full-stack focused role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with PHP and Laravel
- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, Angular or React
- Practice of version control such as GIT
- Implemented and enforced shared coding standards
- Written effective unit and acceptance tests
- Provided estimates of effort for solutions
- CI/CD experience
- Knowledge of the Swagger/OpenAPI spec
- Experience working in a remote agile Kanban environment
- Experience of working within a product team, including helping to shape product decisions with input
