We are currently seeking a Full-time Permanent Live Out Housekeeper to join our household team. We require someone who is competent, confident, experienced, calm under pressure, and conscientious about their work. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining the harmonious team spirit among our staff and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our busy household. You will collaborate with two part-time Housekeepers to ensure the smooth functioning of our home. Our family is lively, fun-loving, and includes four children aged between 12 and 18 years, along with our beloved family dog.
Position: Full time Housekeeper
Location: N6 4LR
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08.30 – 19.30
Salary: Up to £40,000 pa (gross) with holiday and sick pay plus extra benefits including an opt in Bupa health care and overtime pay. Our Employee's holiday year runs between January 1 and 31 December and the holiday entitlement is 18 days of annual leave, plus English bank and public holidays. You will also be entitled to an additional day of holiday in lieu if any additional days are worked.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily household upkeep with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order throughout the residence, including the creation and upkeep of a cleaning routine/house manual.
- Manage household inventory, oversee supplies and equipment, and report any maintenance issues to the Principal's Personal Assistant, coordinating with maintenance and building contractors as necessary.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in organizing guest stays, dinner parties, or family celebrations when required.
- Oversee weekly dry-cleaning arrangements and confidently manage family wardrobes, demonstrating proficiency in laundry care, fabric knowledge, and delicate garment handling.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking and accepting deliveries, arranging Uber or taxi services, managing household online shopping, and liaising with the family's Personal Assistant.
- Attend to pet duties, including dog walking and bathing, as well as occasional trips to the groomers.
- During family travel periods, undertake deep cleaning, house organization, and guest management responsibilities or take appropriate holidays.
Additional Requirements:
- Non-smoker with a very good to excellent command of English.
- Ideally CRB or DBS checked.
- A minimum of three UK-based, verifiable references from previous families in similar roles is essential.
- Additional qualifications such as first aid certification are highly regarded.
- Possession of a UK driver's license would be advantageous.
