Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Primary Teacher with QTS to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire and motivate young learners, contribute to our school's continued success, and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking are encouraged and celebrated.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, effectively communicating progress, concerns, and achievements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching and learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
• Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower young learners to reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and resilience.
• Commitment to upholding the values and ethos of the school and promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and excellence.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
