What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for PC gaming and consumer technology
Exceptional technical skills in gaming PC building, upgrading, and diagnosing faults
Proficient in working with Windows PCs, Windows laptops, and bespoke gaming rigs
Experience with Apple MacBook and iMac repairs and upgrades is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Proven ability to manage your time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with a hunger for continuous learning
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
