- Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus structure
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, interacting professionally with both colleagues and clients to uphold the company’s positive reputation. Reporting directly to the UK Conveyancing Manager, you’ll work closely with their Conveyancing and Account Management Team.
To excel in this role, you must be a qualified solicitor or hold an extensive knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing, with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
Your track record should demonstrate proficiency in handling various property transactions, including complex issues that commonly arise. Ideally, you’ve honed your skills in a conveyancing firm renowned locally or nationally, showcasing a solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
Moreover, you must possess excellent organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment while effectively whilst supporting team members. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you’ll collaborate within diverse teams and embrace new responsibilities as needed.
