Percival are excited to be working exclusively with an international NGO, whose main purpose is to break the links between exploitation around natural resources, conflict, poverty and corruption globally. We are assisting them with their search to hire a new Digital Fundraising & Engagement Lead, working out of their London office. This is a newly created role, and you will be working within a team of 18, reporting directly into the Director of Engagement.
As an experienced digital fundraiser and digital engagement professional, your remit will be to engage both existing and new audiences, through a range of digital channels and working alongside strategic communications, you will look to convert audiences to supporters, and convert supporters to donors.

As a Digital Fundraising & Engagement Lead, your duties and responsibilities will include :
- Develop and implement a strategy and roadmap to grow our client’s digital presence through increased brand profile, supporter acquisition and online revenue.
- Work with the individual giving team to build and drive donor acquisition and retention programmes.
- With the brand and creative teams develop paid and organic content.
- Develop and monitor metrics of success for all digital activity ensuring that all KPIs, acquisition goals and income goals are met.
- Oversee day to day organic content on social media.
- In collaboration with the individual giving team, optimise digital fundraising strategies to engage new and existing digital donors.
- Provide direction and leadership to one direct report.
As a Digital Fundraising & Engagement Lead, your skillsets and experience will include :
- Strong knowledge and application of digital fundraising best practice and current trends.
- A track record of generating income through digital fundraising in a not for profit organisation either through a dedicated role, or as a digital campaigner.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and measuring success.
- Experience managing digital advertising alongside external agencies across Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn.
The deadline date for applications is on Friday 8th March, with first stage interviews being conducted virtually on either 20th or 21st March.
