As Area Fundraising Manager you will oversee the teams of door to door sales agents to ensure a positive working environment results in achieving goals and targets.
It is not essential to have fundraising experience but it is desirable.
We do require the successful candidate to have experience of managing teams in the field and have a proven direct sales background.
A good hands-on people manager who is pro-active and reliable is essential.
Weekly earnings of GBP450 are further enhanced by a generous commission structure including an over ride commission based on each member of the teams performance.
Living close to the designated area is important. You must drive.
