Your team
Reporting to the Regional GCS Relationship Manager you will be working within GCS (Group Corporate Services) to deliver a seamless and consistent user experience for clients, employees and stakeholders.
The GCS mandate is to provide a business-enabling and efficient working environment for every UBS business division. Everything GCS does today and plans for the future is aligned to the immediate-, short- and long-term requirements of UBS.
The regional real estate portfolio consists of client facing buildings, support offices within central business districts, business solutions centers, mission critical data centers and small regional offices. GCS is accountable for the effective oversight of all non-IT property & infrastructure and client, staff & stakeholder services, comprising: engineering – critical asset and infrastructure maintenance, design & construction projects, real estate and space planning, and facilities management.

Your expertise
- excellent influencing & communication skills with a positive and proactive mindset
- you have strong vendor management & commercial skills
- an excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- experience working within risk management control frameworks
- previous knowledge of Sustainability, Employee Wellbeing and CSR topics
- the ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders
- an eye for detail to ensure service delivery is of the highest quality
- strong IT skills and be fully conversant with all Microsoft Applications
