We are looking for a Change Analyst, to be responsible for supporting the implementation of various legacy data remediation projects, liaising with business segments in all jurisdictions in order to support them through their discovery, analysis and subsequent remediation lifecycle.
- 100% remote, occasional travel to London office (usually once per month)
- Initial 6 month contract
- Analysts will be supporting a number of Records Management projects, all dealing with what we call 'Legacy Data Remediation'. They are all unstructured data projects:
- Fileshare remediation
- On-site Paper remediation
- Off-site Paper remediation
- Shared Mailbox remediation
- Application Compliance
- Central governance and inventory workstream
- Establish and lead project workstreams with assigned business teams, ensuring actions are agreed, responsibilities assigned, deadlines set, and remediation activity tracked through to completion
- Any experience working on GDPR projects
- Support business teams in developing their own remediation plans, including data discovery, classification and analysis where required
- Support business teams with moving their unstructured data to the correct cloud-based System of Record (SoR) including any Data Residency requirements
- Execution of data destruction, ensuring controlled governance process followed at all times
Skills and experience:
- Need to have experience in Change Management and delivering (or assisting with delivery of) Change.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working on Data Governance/Information Governance/Records Management/Data Retention/Unstructured Data - is preferred
- Someone who has had to separate out PII data from general 'commercial' or client data - would be very handy, i.e. Data Residency
- Understanding of PII data and the different legal and contractual aspects that apply to the transfer and storage of PII vs non-PII data
