As a General Manager based at our flagship site in Thurrock, you’ll be responsible for:
- Directly managing 4 employees with an overall team of 30 employees and 11 vehicles.
- Lead, develop and inspire the team to focus on providing exemplary customer service and drive activity within the team to deliver upon all branch KPIs and targets.
- Build excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley UK.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Leadership experience within a large business with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues.
- A strong focus on sales and building relationships.
- Industry Experience would be advantageous but not essential.
