As a General Manager based at our flagship site in Thurrock, you’ll be responsible for:
Directly managing 4 employees with an overall team of 30 employees and 11 vehicles.
Lead, develop and inspire the team to focus on providing exemplary customer service and drive activity within the team to deliver upon all branch KPIs and targets.
Build excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley UK.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Leadership experience within a large business with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues.
A strong focus on sales and building relationships.
Industry Experience would be advantageous but not essential.
