General Manager - Homecare

Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking a General Manager to join a progressive homecare organization in South Dublin. 

As General Manager you will be responsible for successfully directing and coordinating all activities in conjunction with the senior management team for growth and development of the homecare delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all of the functions performed by the office staff, have budgetary responsibilities and provide leadership and management to all departments such as finance, staffing, human resources, compliance, client services and home care sales which affect operational efficiency.

The role offers an attractive remuneration package based on prior experience.

Applicant Requirements

• Previous experience in a business background within the Homecare/Nursing Homes or Social Care sectors preferred.
• Previous team management experience essential.
• Ability to demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with management, colleagues, franchise owners, GM’s and their staffs.
• Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, plan, organize and prioritize as required.
• Ability to travel on certain occasions as the business requires.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
