General Manager - Resort

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + Relocation Stipend + Bonus + Housing + Benefit + Work Permit

Location: Roatan, Honduras

My client is a luxurious resort offering a haven of relaxation and adventure, with unparalleled ocean views and world-class amenities.
Our client is looking for a General Manager to join their team who has experience in secluded area and is Bilingual in Spanish & English.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards
• Maximize the financial performance of the resort
• Maintaining compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with department heads to plan and coordinate events, promotions, and activities

Ideal General Manager:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and compacity
• Previous Caribbean/Island experience
• 4/5 Star hotel or resort experience
• Bilingual Spanish and English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
