Salary: $120,000 +

Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:

• Overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations
• Managing the front and back of house teams
• Establishing and maintaining a positive team spirit
• Upholding service standards
• Recruiting, training and supporting staff
• Maintaining brand standards
• Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience

General Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a fine-dining restaurant
• A well-rounded and motivated professional with a passion for food and customer service
• Can develop, mentor, and supervise the team around you
• Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills
