As the Restaurant General Manager at Sea Containers London, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional who possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and a drive for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and exceed performance targets.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Cultivate strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure an unparalleled dining experience.
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Continuously evaluate and refine service standards and operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
