As the Restaurant General Manager at Sea Containers London, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional who possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and a drive for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and exceed performance targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure an unparalleled dining experience.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Continuously evaluate and refine service standards and operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
