This distinguished luxury residence with +250 units is renowned for its legacy of impeccable service, culinary excellence, and timeless elegance.
They are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead its operations in Maldonado, Uruguay.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a keen business acumen, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury and sophistication.

You will be:

• Ensuring high levels of guests experience at all times

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the overall guest experience and drive business growth
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for colleagues and guests
• Motivating the team to reach their goals by giving continuous feedback and discussing personal development- and job opportunities
• Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Optimize guest and employee satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth through strategic pricing, menu engineering, and innovative marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the hotel are respected

What we need:

• Previous experience as General Manager for a high-end hospitality brand
• Motivated leader who enjoys guiding a diverse, joyful team
• Experience in casino management
• Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• A solution-driven mentality, showing strong commitment and an entrepreneurial way of thinking
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
