We're looking for a General Manager for an engaging and passionate General Manager here at the Ladygrove. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Ladygrove in Didcot and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Ladygrove is a true community local, popular with local residents. Just a 10 minute walk from Didcot Parkway train station, on a community parade of shops, next to a popular fishing lake and walking track. Recently refurbished, inside the pub boasts a central bar, and tastefully decorated two room operation. The outside area of the pub can be enjoyed year round with heaters and 200 seats plus screens. Sport is a big part of the lady grove, with BT and Sky Sports available.
The Ladygrove is currently taking an estimated weekly average of £20,000 in sales, with a 70/30 wet to dry split. We are looking for an experienced General Manager, preferably in a wet led environment. Someone who is passionate about the community and running events/entertainment to entice guests to the pub.
