P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a General Sales Manager to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role Summary:
A fantastic opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking individual with a proven track record as a General Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate must be able to drive the departments sales performance.
• Driving finance, add on’s and accessories to meet targets.
• Ensure that staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business.
• You will be looking after a team of 3 Sales Executives.
Person Specification:
• Must hold a driving licence.
• Have experience in a management role.
• Sales experience.
• Excellent customer service.
