Duties & Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility as a General Sales Manager will be to maximise the sales and profitability of new vehicles and associated products. You will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 3 Sales Executives.
- Achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Motivating, managing, organising and encouraging new ideas and processes to increase performance.
- Developing, managing and refining used vehicle sales policies.
- Ensuring the optimum stock of vehicles.
- Assisting the Regional Manager in maintaining operational standards.
- Ensuring fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners.
- You will be targeted around sales/profit performance and customer satisfaction performance.
Your Background & Skill:
- Main-dealer experience as a General Sales Manager.
- Have knowledge of modern business methods within a franchise dealership.
- Hold a successful track record of coaching and mentoring a successful sales team.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Have excellent IT Skills.
