The role is for a minimum of 6 months with a view to permanent work in which you will use your fluency in GERMAN in an AFTER-SALES CUSTOMERCARE role. You will engage with B2B customers to ensure that they have received their furniture and that they are happy with the service. Work style: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day wfh during 3 month probation. Flexible after that )
Contract type: 6 months with a view to permanent
Salary : £32,000 per annum
Company Details: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing high end Scandinavian furniture brand that supplies retailers globally as well as having its own stores that sell direct to the public. The furniture is beautiful, functional and has clean lines in a very " Scandi" tradition and your role will be to look after German retailers in an after-sales capacity This is not a high pressure call centre but a position in which you will take your time to look after the customer carefully and thoughtfully.
The role:
To provide a top-quality, caring and attentive, customer focused after-sales service for customers within the DACH region
Tasks
Order management
- Confirm orders and delivery requests
- Check that the order has been delivered and the customer is happy
- Deal with queries
- Liaise with the warehouse
B2B Customer care
- Liaise with customers ( stores and retailers ) regarding delivery time scales
- Deal with any issues or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner
- Help with any product information or technical queries regarding furniture items
- Keep the customer updated via email or over the phone as to order status
Requirements
- Fluent German ( native standard ideally )
- 1-2 years previous customer care experience
- Ideally knowledge of SAP
