This is a Contract to Permanent position for a German Speaking Senior Legal Counsel to join an international business with offices based in High Wycombe.

Description

The German speaking Senior Legal Counsel position based in High Wycombe will involve the following responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of different commercial contracts
• Be the main point of contact for German speaking markets
• Support internal teams with marketing and promotional incentives; including Terms & Conditions and POS materials
• Provide support with litigation matters
• Support different stakeholders across the business
• Identify any legal risks
• Communication with external lawyers when required

Profile

The successful candidate for the German speaking Senior Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Fluent German language skills
• Experience of contract review and drafting
• Previous in house legal experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• able to work to strict deadlines

This is a contract position for 6 months with a view to become permanent after this time.
